🌚 Guild Wars 2 Level 80 Now What
Character adventurer guide until lv30-40 then farming bonus exp from kills and doing some events (until lv65 ish if you want to do crafting), Octovine for the last ~4 levels. Takes about 4-5 hours total. Tomes of Knowledge/Lv80 boost are faster if you have them. As always a boost is the fastest.
Gw2 on the other hand, while tbf it takes like one session now to get to 80 thanks to the achievements they added last year, if it wasn't for that, I would not put myself through HOURS of repetitive world exploration just to get my 6th alt up to raiding level. Once was enough, and it felt like forever. Second time? Feels like a chore.
Reaching to 30 level is about 1-2 hours job, it is not slow process after steam release and the game truly starts at 80 lvl. Tbh, I used 80 level booster and explored low level maps after that and I regret that since the day 1. The problem is everythirg about your character is in your table and you dont know what you need to use properly.
Posted on here about a week ago telling everyone it was my first time playing gw2 and asked for tips tricks and easy ways to level. Well now im level 80 and im not so sure what my goal is. Im F2P but tomorrow will be buying the first 2 expansions. I got 1 more personal story to do, got about 4 or 5 maps completed. So. Level 80. Now what? What
Leveling right now is so painful. I honestly got super excited to play the machinist new job that came out with this expansion and I came back and made a character and wanted to level it to like EXPERIENCE the game. Now I learned it's at level 80.
Gratz on hitting 80.Well basicly here is u what u have to do. You start by going to the exotic dungeon vendors in LA.Choose the gear you want judging by the looks and the stats. Its important for the gear to fit with ur stats(If u dont know what stats your class need, simply search for some guides and assistance on google or even youtube). After selecting the dungeon gear you would like to
The build works fairly easy. Most things just activate passive while you play. Just be sure, to dodge regularly, you'll get a lot of protection and extra dmg, if you keep up your resolution buff. Regular swapping between the legends is also highly recommended (basically on CD).
The new Adventure Guide achievements give out an absurd amount of XP. Before that, 30 hours was about the average, I'd say. Now, map completion in the starter zone will get you into the level 25-30 range within 90 minutes of character creation if you want to. Also, killing mobs is the least efficient way to gather XP in this game.
Look at guides and get gear and builds for it and learn how to play by doing. Collections, adventures, open up your elite specs by getting masteries in the expansion areas, jumping puzzles, achivements or what ever float your boat or a bit of everything. It is all up to you to decide.
I just hit level 80 in-game, i'm not through the core story yet but i'm working on that, after core i'm planning on doing other story content as chronologically as possible. How does one acquire ascended gear? I grabbed a full set of exotic from the TP for cheap (mix of berserker stats and vit for survivability) so that should be good enough for now, but i'd like to upgrade at some point. Didn
GW2 is quite a bit different from traditional "endless level/gear climb" from other MMOs. Once you level to 80 and get the best in service gear, you're almost set for life (well, balance patches may shake the meta up, but it isn't hard to adapt yourself).
Posted June 6, 2018. Have a level 80 Mesmer. Kind of trying to diversify armor types. Have always in the past rolled dps style warriors. Dual wielding seeker types. So I’ll probably use 1 for warrior. For the second boost I’m torn between Necro, Rev, ranger and engineer. I’ll always do a bit of everything.
